Suicide and Psychiatric Drugs

Dr. Peter R. Breggin says, in a St. Ann's Pub interview, "If somebody says to me, 'I'm suicidal,' I don't give them a drug...I say, 'Well in many ways this is great news because for you to hate your self and to hate life that much, you must have an alternative vision of how life can be. All that negative energy suggest to me that you know your life should'nt be this way...My notion is that suffering is a signal, it tells us something about our lives and our needs.'"
